Terms & Conditions (T&C) for  Johor Business Summit 2025 Participant Registration Form, covering all four participant categories:

  1. Eligibility and Registration
  • All participants must complete the official registration form provided by the organizer, Kotler Impact (appointed by the Johor State Government).
  • Registrations are subject to verification and approval by the event secretariat.
  • Participants must register under the correct category:
    • Johor SME (Subsidised) – Applicable only to Johor-registered SMEs with valid business documentation. Subject to verification by PUJB or MPUNJ.
    • Professional (HRDF Claimable) – Open to corporate employees, entrepreneurs, or individuals with HRDF-registered employers. Payment of RM1,500 must be made upon registration unless claimed directly via HRDCorp.
    • Government & Agencies (Sponsored) – Open to staff from participating ministries, departments, or agencies. Seats are limited and subject to nomination or invitation.
    • International Participants (USD400) – Open to non-Malaysian participants. Includes access to all event sessions, networking, and exhibition.
  1. Confirmation & Payment
  • Registration is considered confirmed only after full payment (if applicable) or confirmation letter is issued by the organizer.
  • Payment details will be shared upon submission of the registration form. Invoices can be issued upon request.
  • For HRDF claimable participants, it is the responsibility of the employer to submit and manage the claim under SBL-Khas or relevant scheme.
  1. Cancellation & Substitution
  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the event. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to a 30% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event.
  • Substitution of participants is allowed with prior notice and must be made in writing at least 3 days before the event.
  1. Data Collection & Privacy
  • Participant data collected will be used for event management, coordination, and follow-up purposes only.
  • Information may be shared with official event partners and government agencies for reporting and collaboration purposes.
  • By registering, participants agree to receive emails and messages.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.
  • The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who causes disruption, violates the rules, or acts inappropriately.
  1. Disclaimer
  • The organizer reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, or venue as necessary without prior notice.
  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, pandemic, natural disaster), the event may be rescheduled or moved to a virtual platform.
